About TJ Webb – Founder of 3 Ethos Defense Solutions
TJ Webb is a home defense expert with nearly two decades of real-world experience in law enforcement, SWAT operations, and high-risk fugitive apprehensions. As a former detective, SWAT operator, and member of the U.S. Marshals Violent Fugitive Task Force, TJ has spent his career mastering Close Quarters Battle (CQB), tactical home entry, and defensive strategies in high-stakes environments.
In December 2020, while serving an arrest warrant with the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force, TJ was shot six times in the line of duty. Despite life-threatening injuries, he overcame the odds through relentless resilience, recovery, and a commitment to training. Now, he brings that same warrior mindset to helping others defend their homes and protect their families.
At 3 Ethos Defense Solutions, TJ applies his elite tactical background to home security consulting, threat assessment, and real-world defense training. Through CQB in a Box and Laser Ammo training, he provides realistic, scenario-based instruction—ensuring families learn to defend themselves inside their actual homes, not just in a classroom or simulated facility.
